Palmeiras and Sao Paulo meet again at the semi-finals

Palmeiras are favorites for reaching the finals

After reaching the second and third place respectively, Palmeiras and Sao Paulo meet again in the State Championship.

The first match will take place at the Morumbi stadium next sunday.

Palmeiras has an advantage, as they can reach the finals with two equal results.

The last time Palmeiras won the State Championship was in the year 1996; Sao Paulo won it in 2005.
