To prevent any suspicion after the match, the Romanian Referee Association decided to put Massimo Busacca from Switzerland in charge of the Great Derby.
For Dinamo Bucharest this is the most important match after many years. First, they need all 3 points to close in on Steaua and make it a 1 point difference. Second, the last victory against Steaua in A Division in Ghencea Stadium has been dating from 1989 when Dinamo won the match with 3-0 (Dinamo's coach Ioan Andone was the best player in that match).
The official dinamo website (www.dinamo-online.net) has set a price for victory : 1.000 USD for the player who can score two goals and win the Derby. Beside that, FC Dinamo Club will give another 10.000 USD for winning the derby.
Bucharest is looking forward to the Marele Derby. It will for sure be a dream atmosphere in Ghencea on Sunday night (20.30pm).
