Tunisia are among the most passionate footballing fans in the world, this is expressed through one of the biggest derbys in african football when club africain meet with Esperance de Tunis at there shared stadium in Tunis, the last derby attracted 60000 supporters and saw club africain do the double over their arch rivals.As of 2002 there has been 93 derbys which saw 21 wins and 35 draws fro club africain.

Club africain are noted to have the most passionate fans in Tunisia.

Along these past years club africain have had problems with the other big team in the capital city Tunis which is Espérance but this year there wasnt as much violence as usual(2008).
